It is a perennial herbaceous plant without a shaft, equipped with rhizomes which from appear stolons, tender leaves with long petiole, self fertile white flowers. It is divided into field strawberries and wild strawberries. In the first ones, there are several varieties, some re-flowering calls, others called of season.

Plantation: Plantation frame: 30-35 cm between the rows i fis combined,20-25 cm i fis simple, and 100-120 cm between the rows. It is advisable to make a ridge and to cover it with the biodegradable black fabric, so in this way the fruits do not touch the ground and keep healthy.

Cultivation: Simple corp, althought requires some care as irrigation through a drip line placed under the plastic cover and balanced mineral fertilization. It can also be grown in pots ensuring that irrigation is frequent and with slow-release fertilizers already present.
